MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, seeks a dynamic General Manager to oversee 8404 Preston Hwy in Louisville, KY. You will be responsible for all aspects of operations, ensuring quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leading a team, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and building strong relationships with customers, vendors and partners. You will report to senior management and drive growth through performance improvement and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Experience in performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Proficiency in using business management software and MS Office suite.
