Job summary

Domino's in Orlando is seeking a Store General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single store, providing leadership and supervision to ensure peak performance, food safety, profitability, and an inclusive, engaged workplace.

The successful candidate will implement standard operating procedures, manage costs, recruit and develop staff, lead customer service excellence, and ensure smooth POS/ATS operations while maintaining a safe driving record and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
