Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, cleanliness, and attendance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff members to ensure a capable team.
• Oversee Food Safety and Team Member Safety programs.
• Provide best in class customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Aim to increase sales and profit potential through effective operations.
