Leslie’s in the United States is seeking a General Manager to oversee store performance, ensure customer service standards are met or exceeded, drive sales growth, manage profitability targets, payroll, and operating procedures, and maintain merchandising excellence.

You will recruit, hire, train, develop, and inspire team members with the right skills and attitude, set clear performance expectations, lead by example, and foster a positive, customer-focused environment that motivates staff,

Qualifications

• Successful completion of all training modules inclusive of GMIT and Talent Platform training.
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computers.

Responsibilities

• Hire only “A” players this year to support the accomplishment of the following objectives.
• Meet or exceed sales budget.
• Meet or exceed EBITDA/SOC goal.
• Meet or Exceed your gross margin budget for the fiscal year.
• Drive customer count increase over last year.
• Meet or exceed Mystery Shop goal of 95%.
