Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities across team and customers.
• Good math and computer skills for sales and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-focused mindset to deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic experience.
• Handle customer situations following policy and escalate when needed.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe to maximize customer experience.
• Share customer feedback with leadership to drive improvements.
• Act as floor supervisor during non-peak periods.
• Coach and provide feedback to Sales Associates; recognize outstanding performance.
• Ensure associates understand company directives and standards and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Support and implement visual directives to maintain brand presentation.
• Drive efficiency in store operations and maintain stockroom and merchandise flow.
• Maintain adherence to policies, safety programs, and brand passion for product and trends.
