Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a Sales Associate to generate sales through passion for product, brands, and trends with every customer. You will work as a positive member of the store team and provide an exceptional customer experience.

In addition to driving sales, you will support leadership in achieving store goals, maintain visuals, and assist with digital strategies such as ship-from-store and BOPIS while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers engaging customer experiences and focuses on full-price selling.
• Handles customer situations per policy and escalates when needed.
• Completes tasks efficiently and maintains store visuals and cleanliness.
• Supports sales and operational goals and assists leadership.
