Responsibilities include floor care tasks, adherence to policies, and contributing to a positive store culture while meeting daily store needs and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, sweep, vacuum, and clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business.
