YETI is actively seeking a Part Time Team Lead to lead our store located on McKinney Street in Dallas, TX. You will provide leadership support and direction to the store team and successfully execute company strategies. You will help coach and motivate a team of YETI brand enthusiasts who provide exceptional customer service. You have a customer-first mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Operations:

  1. Drives store sales and profitability by executing effective operations and prioritizing the customer experience.
  2. Supports Store Manager with delivering on sales goals and executing daily store operations.
  3. Drives inventory receiving and replenishment processes efficiently and accurately.
  4. Executes new product launch floor sets and merchandising direction aligned with brand strategy.
  5. Holistically owns division of responsibility, including inventory and product processing, visual merchandising, and community events.

Customer and Brand Experience:

  1. Provides exceptional customer service with the ability to identify the best product for their pursuits.
  2. Passionate about YETI brand and inspires customers to become lifetime YETI customers.
  3. Supports execution of community marketing events within the store.

Talent Management:

  1. Supports team coaching and development of key skillsets to accelerate sales performance.
  2. Assesses Guide performance and shares observations with Store leadership to address development opportunities.
  3. Builds strong team morale and inspires the team to perform at an exceptional level.
  4. Communicates clearly and concisely with a variety of stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma and/or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.
  3. Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
  4. Passion for outdoor pursuits.
  5. Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  6. Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for entire work shift.
