Responsibilities

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage with customers in a personalized way, making every customer feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Supports a selling environment across the sales floor by connecting with customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Provides a frictionless customer experience by using technology to transact, find sizes/colors, and place orders for items not in store.
• Builds productive relationships with peers and participates in learning product knowledge and trends to inspire customers.
• Contributes to store initiatives and shares feedback to Store Leadership.
• Understands contribution to service and selling on every shift to impact the store’s business.
• Supports shipment processes and omni-order fulfillment while maintaining stock levels on the floor.
• Maintains Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards with a customer-focused approach.
