Job summary

Anthropologie in Houston is seeking a Sales Associate to drive sales by delivering a genuine and unique customer experience on the shop floor. You will engage customers, share product suggestions, and help them find the right items while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

This role requires a team-oriented mindset, adaptability to flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to learn store technology for transactions and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand knowledge and passion for storytelling.
• Experience in customer service.
• Team player with ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn and use store technology to transact, locate sizes/colors, and place orders.

Responsibilities

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Provides a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
