Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver next-level customer experiences, upsell accessories, and drive revenue.
• Conduct piercings training and ensure a sterile environment with aftercare education.
• Maintain attractive store displays, organize inventory, and enable easy shopping.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation, tips sharing, and upbeat vibe.
• Represent the brand, stay current with fashion/trends, and boost sales.
• Oversee operations: inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, promotions.
