Job summary

Claire’s is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Sales Associate for our Springfield, PA store. You will engage customers, deliver great service, and help drive store performance.

Responsibilities include upselling accessories, maintaining store displays, assisting with piercing-related training, and supporting promotions. You will work with a friendly team to create a fun shopping experience and represent the Claire’s brand.

Qualifications

• Some high school completed and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to conduct piercings and handle customers, including young or anxious individuals.
• Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage store operations.
• Strong communication and math skills for cash handling and sales analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences and upselling accessories and promos.
• Conduct piercings training and ensure a sterile environment with aftercare guidance.
• Maintain attractive store displays and organize inventory for easy shopping.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate the team and execute promotions.
