• Assist customers at the cash register across in-store, online, and mobile platforms using a POS system.
• Support fitting rooms by greeting customers and returning clothes to the floor.
• Sort and return clothing to the salesfloor to keep aisles tidy.
• Keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is checked in and correctly ticketed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies and systems.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards for the store.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and other programs to customers.
