Responsibilities

• Lead the in-store customer journey and provide direction to the team.
• Cultivate talent and build internal/external networks in the community.
• Source talent, screen applicants, interview candidates and extend offers.
• Create schedules to balance guest experience with payroll and financials.
• Lead in-store hospitality initiatives and drive the styling program.
