Job summary

Aeropostale is seeking a proactive Supervisor to support the management team in delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving sales growth. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and foster a positive environment for associates and customers.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced apparel environment while modeling our values of teamwork, respect and accountability.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel retail or similar high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and customer service expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model to team members for the customer experience.
• Support store standards for merchandising and operations on a daily basis.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results; learn all aspects of the business.
• Create a positive work environment with a professional attitude while performing supervisor functions when needed.
