Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or accredited bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity and drive sales and profitability.
• Provide best-in-class guest service, greet guests, respond to questions, and promote promotions.
• Supervise staff including scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with District Manager on store initiatives and compliance with policies.
• Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and inventory is accurate.
• Oversee cash handling, payroll, and administrative duties.
