Job summary

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Dust and damp mop floors and clean assigned areas.
• Deep clean high-traffic areas including bathrooms and breakrooms.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and complete enrollments.
