Store - LA-REDLANDS, CA

Maintain a high standard of overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, including recovery standards, to deliver our Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping and locating products.

1. Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
2. Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
3. Move equipment and products for cleaning and return products to correct placement.
4. Clean assigned areas using designated materials and equipment, including mixing water and detergents as needed.
5. Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and high traffic zones to ensure a safe, clean environment.
6. Keep cleaning equipment organized; notify supervisor of supply needs in advance.
7. Identify areas needing cleaning and proactively complete tasks.
8. Complete all tasks assigned by the supervisor, adhering to all relevant guidelines and regulations.
9. Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers, exemplifying the organization’s values.
10. Project a positive image and serve as a role model for others.

Additional duties may include:

• Providing efficient checkout experiences and executing cash handling accurately.
• Engaging customers about Rewards programs and Credit Card enrollments.
• Supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram management.
• Supporting shrink and safety initiatives.
• Following SOPs and company policies to ensure legal compliance.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Experience in retail and/or cleaning preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy items and using ladders or similar equipment.
• Work in climate-controlled environments; some outdoor work and work during nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Legal and Age Requirements:

Applicants must meet federal, state, and local requirements; must be at least 16 years old.
