Millcraft is hiring and offers a fun opportunity to work with our products and interact with customers on various levels. This position provides potential for future growth within the organization.

The Store Driver participates in daily retail store operations, including sales, customer service, delivery, inventory management (pulling orders, stocking, replenishment, shipping), and supporting overall store growth and maintenance.

Location: 1450 Firestone Parkway, Akron, OH 44301

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Essential Functions:

• Support sales efforts through product selling and customer service
• Stock shelves, set up displays, clean equipment, load/unload trucks, rotate stock
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse space
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, enter orders
• Prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
• Load customer vehicles and delivery trucks
• Use a Millcraft vehicle for deliveries
• Order incoming materials as needed
• Operate safely and effectively in the workspace

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to operate company equipment and vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs with or without accommodations
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Basic math skills
• Experience with RF scanners and ERP systems preferred
• Ability to use material handling equipment

Education & Experience:

• 1-3 years retail experience in a customer-facing role
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred

Physical Demands: Must be able to sit, speak, walk, bend, lift up to 70 lbs, and perform physical activities necessary for the role. Reasonable accommodations available.
