Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver automotive parts to professional customers. You will also pick up returns/cores and drop off sales flyers while promoting loyalty programs.

Role includes collection of credit accounts, building strong customer relationships, and assisting with inventory and new arrivals. You will be walking the store, stocking, and ensuring a clean, organized retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate a vehicle and navigate, read maps and follow routes.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage pro customers.
• Comfort with basic arithmetic for transaction handling and inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and upsell/cross-sell to drivers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Assist with inventory and knowledge of new arrivals to help sales.
