Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to safely deliver parts to professional customers and pro accounts. You will pick, stage, and drop off returns, promote current sales, and assist in upselling to increase order value.

The role includes light inventory tasks, maintaining store cleanliness, and engaging with customers to identify needs. The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, strong English, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Excellent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts or services.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and basic stocking, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment, and use the delivery board system.
• Build and maintain relationships with main street and National Pro customers.
