What is a Store Driver?

An entry-level store position responsible for supporting the delivery of parts to commercial customers. The role includes delivering parts, assisting with inventory and task processes in the store. This position can be part-time or full-time and requires fleet safety certification.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
2. Pick and stage parts for customer orders
3. Pick up returns and cores
4. Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers
5. Collect credit payments daily

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot)
• Stocking including truck and back stock

Physical Demands

The role involves walking, standing, talking, hearing, handling objects, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Work Environment

Primarily indoor work, with occasional outside tasks in various weather conditions. Exposure to moving machinery, heights, chemicals, electrical hazards, and noise is possible.
