Maverik Inc. is hiring a Store Director Flex based in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves leading teams across multiple stores, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will travel within the district and transition to a salaried Store Director after completing training.

During a 6-week training period, pay is hourly ($30.00–$34.00/hr), moving to a salaried position upon successful completion. Eligibility for a bonus program is included.

Responsabilidades

• Champion GET: Model Maverik's GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service and coach Team Members.
• Travel within an assigned district; overnight stays may be required.
• Facilitate the ongoing development of leaders and the store team through Company training programs.
• P&L Management: Collaborate on P&L management, business plans, and budgets.
• Implement company initiatives, enhance the customer experience, and foster coaching and teamwork.
• Lead the store team in implementing best practices, measuring operational efficiencies, and improving productivity.
• Maintain total operational knowledge of kitchen processes to support and coach the Food Service Manager.
• Serve as the ultimate operational backup across all store departments, including the kitchen during peak volume.

Salary

$62,000 - $70,000 per year with eligibility for a bonus program. Hourly compensation during training, transitioning to a salaried position upon successful completion of training.

Training Details

• Duration: 6 weeks
• Hourly Pay During Training: $30.00 - $34.00/hr. (This position will become salaried upon completion of training)

Key Responsibilities

• Champion GET: Champion Maverik's GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service expectations by modeling the behaviors, coaching Team Members on consistent execution, and holding the team accountable for a welcoming and engaging customer experience.
• Travel: Must be able to travel within an assigned district. Overnight stays may be required.
• Training and Development: Facilitate the ongoing development of leaders and the store team by ensuring the delivery of all Company training programs.
• P&L Management: Collaborate with the District Manager and Sr Director of Regional Operations on P&L management, business plans, and budgets.
• Company Initiatives: Implement company initiatives, enhance the customer experience, and foster a culture of coaching, engagement, and teamwork.
• Operational Excellence: Lead the store team in implementing best practices, measuring operational efficiencies, improving productivity, and achieving operational standards.
• Food Program Ownership: Maintain total operational knowledge of kitchen processes (including opening/closing workflows, food prep, and sanitation) to support, audit, and coach the Food Service Manager.
• Cross-Functional Coverage: Serve as the ultimate operational backup across all store departments, including the kitchen during peak volume or staffing shortages.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
