What You'll Be Doing:

Using your retail leadership and service expertise to ensure store success. Your role involves:

  • Maximizing sales and maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout store operations.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members and leaders to meet and exceed goals.
  • Ensuring proper staffing and professional development of team members.
  • Maintaining safety, corporate, and regulatory procedures.
  • Building relationships within the local community to support the Meijer brand.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience
  • 5 years of retail/service industry experience
  • 3 years of leadership experience managing teams with direct reports
  • Experience with retail or service operations generating at least $40 million in annual sales
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses for store operations
  • Physical ability for lifting, carrying, and other acts as required
