Responsabilités

• Effectively communicate and lead operational initiatives.
• Interview and hire Team Members to meet standards.
• Perform Tanning or Sugaring service shifts as assigned.
• Manage store-level utilization by monitoring demand and labor trends.
• Develop ongoing feedback and coaching to build a talent pipeline.
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness and organization standards.
• Participate in weekly management calls, providing feedback.
• Foster a warm and welcoming environment for Team Members and clients.
