Job summary

Eataly is seeking a Project Manager, Design & Construction to oversee store development projects. You will drive and deliver on Eataly’s growth plans by managing timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Architecture or Construction Project Management, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, along with competency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 2+ years general Design & Construction/Store Development experience in Retail/Restaurant/Hospitality.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of store development projects including new builds and renovations.
• Ensure project adherence to code and legislation requirements.
• Monitor general contractor and/or subcontractor performance during construction.
