The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering/design, 5+ years of related experience, and advanced AutoCAD/Bluebeam skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, design, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Superior AutoCAD technical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Knowledge of architecture and engineering practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organization and time-management with detail focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop design solutions for Brand initiatives using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft programs.
• Provide design support for equipment and fixture updates per standards.
• Propose cost-effective design and change solutions within budget.
• Collaborate with Construction PM to resolve site conditions quickly.
• Uphold drafting standards and document review processes.
• Manage fixture plan approvals with Merchandising and Operations.
• Coordinate with CAD Manager and partners to track progress and growth plans.
• Visit job sites to ensure concept standards are met.
• Attend walk-thrus and meetings to understand scope and revisions.
• Maintain current fixture plans and archive drawings per standards.
