Job summary

City Building Engineering Services (CBES-US) seeks a design professional to support store development across brands. You will develop thoughtful fixture plans, ensure timely delivery, and maintain CAD standards through collaboration with internal teams and client engineering consultants.

Responsibilities include preparing fixture plans, updating libraries, and contributing to design standards while traveling up to 25% as needed. CBES offers growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Architectural Technology required.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and solid knowledge of Architecture, Design and construction documents.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Office collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop design solutions for Brand initiatives using AutoCAD, Bluebeam & Microsoft programs per project scope.
• Prepare and distribute fixture plans for partner reviews and approvals.
• Track progress and manage time to deliver accurately completed projects within deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners and client consultants on drawings and standards.
