Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA, Store Development team, Carlisle, PA, seeks a Fixture Plans & Store Layouts Specialist to support new stores, remodels, expansions and rollouts. You will work with data, analytics, CAD standards and cross-functional partners to deliver accurate fixture plans and architectural layouts on schedule.

Responsibilities include field surveys, scope review, budget-conscious recommendations, maintaining fixture libraries, and training Store Planners on tools and Brand Standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Superior AutoCAD technical skills and proficiency.
• Ability to read & interpret construction documents.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Engineering practices and standards.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Proven ability to drive significant change, achieve goals, and deliver results.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with acute attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• General knowledge of fixtures, equipment, and operational standards.
• Highly effective communication skills including being adept at active listening, critical thinking, and ability to ask questions.
• Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Time management and work within defined time parameters for timely project execution.
• Field surveys, scope reviews with Manager, and plan revisions as required.
• Collaborate with partners to compile merchandising and strategic recommendations within budget.
• Develop fixture plans that satisfy project requirements and attend scope meetings.
• Adapt brand prototypes and master equipment information for each store.
• Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Track changes and revisions in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate with design, construction and partners to resolve issues in the store development process.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive drawing and fixture library.
• Train Store Planners on tools and Brand Standards.
