Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Store Design Specialist to draft fixture layouts for new stores, remodels, and department resets, and to manage fixture orders and vendor relationships. You will guide store opening teams and coordinate with executives on project plans and timelines.

The role requires CAD familiarity, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work across multiple locations while meeting deadlines. A hands-on approach and travel may be involved.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Mail Outlook, etc.).
• Working knowledge or basic exposure to CAD design software
• Ability to develop a knowledge of Ollie’s department structure, flow, set- up and size allocation needs in relation to each store’s unique physical layout.
• Ability to comprehend and accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
• Ability to complete tasks in a reasonable time frame.

• Manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting organizational deadlines.
• Partner with district, regional and executive leaders to review plans and store layouts.
• Communicate and present project plans to Associates and leaders within the organization.
• Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Store Design Specialist assists with the drafting of store layouts for new stores, remodels and store department resets, as directed by the Sr. Manager of New Store Design & Merchandising or other Executives of the company. This position is responsible for the ordering of fixtures needed for any store design project, including new or existing locations. This role is expected to adhere to existing company standards and budget spending guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures.
• Duties may frequently involve the use of ladders, stairs, and other equipment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel, sometimes overnight travel will be required with extended stays.
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time.
• Occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
