Job summary

Associated Wholesale Grocers, Inc. (AWG) is seeking an engineering student for the 2025 Summer Internship on our Store Design team.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in retail site planning, store layout design, and project coordination, learning how strategic real estate decisions and innovative design impact customer experience and business growth. The internship runs May 27, 2026 through July 31, 2026, is 40 hours per week for ten weeks, and pays $21 per hour.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Store Design team. This role offers hands-on experience in retail site planning, store layout design, and project coordination. You’ll work closely with industry professionals to learn how strategic real estate decisions and innovative design impact customer experience and business growth.
