What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver parts to customers and develop relationships with them.
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintain/check inventory.
3. Focus on safety while driving and delivering parts.
4. Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
5. Build long-term relationships with customers.
6. Maintain the store delivery truck, adhere to safety checklists, keep it clean, and perform basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).
7. Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, and stand/walk for entire shifts, lifting up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions correctly and process returns properly.
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system.
4. Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Navigate using maps and directions.
7. Be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
