What You’ll Be Doing

1. Delivering parts to our Customers with a passion for developing relationships with them.
2. Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintaining/checking inventory.
3. Focusing on safety while driving and delivering our parts.
4. Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by meeting customers during deliveries.
5. Building long-term relationships with customers.
6. Maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).
7. Performing other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder when necessary, with stamina to stand and walk throughout your shift, lifting up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions correctly and manage core/part returns appropriately.
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system for all deliveries and pickups.
4. Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and facilities.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Ability to navigate using maps and directions throughout the metropolitan area.
7. Flexibility with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
