What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver parts to customers and develop relationships with them.
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stocking, and check inventory.
• Focus on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by engaging with customers during deliveries.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain the store delivery truck, adhere to safety checklists, keep it clean, and perform basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).
• Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, and stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Handle cash transactions correctly and manage returns properly.
• Maintain a delivery log or tracking system.
• Inspect and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and ensure safety.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Ability to navigate using maps and directions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License.
