This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are also responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction, staying updated on product features, and maintaining high-quality visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists aim to deliver excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuable items. Access may be supervised or unsupervised.
