Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions. They are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain high-quality visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists aim to provide excellent customer service while meeting the store’s sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company reviews criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and safety of customers, staff, vendors, contractors, and the public. The successful candidate will work at stores within a 10-mile radius of Store #5484, located at 125 West 21st Street, New York, NY 10011.
