This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are also responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction, staying updated on product features, and maintaining high standards of product quality and store presentation. Customer Service Specialists aim to deliver excellent service while meeting the store’s sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuable items. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. To protect the business, its operations, and reputation, a review of criminal history is required. The selected individual will work at stores within a 30-mile radius of store #705425, located at 10 Village Common Dr., East Falmouth, MA 02536.
