Customer Service Specialists aim to deliver excellent customer service while meeting the store’s sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company reviews criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
