Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Customer Service Rep to operate all store equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products for customers.

You will receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and perform daily cleaning and paperwork. This role requires clear written and verbal communication and accurate order entry. The position is full-time with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Ability to take and process orders by phone and in person.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
