Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Model established customer experience practices for internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and shrink-reduction programs.
• Support safety initiatives and a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
