Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a team member to maintain a safe, clean store environment and provide friendly service to customers. The role operates within a 24/7 store setting with shifts ranging from early to late hours, including nights and holidays.

You will perform cleaning tasks, assist customers, and support store operations while following safety policies. Ideal candidates are able to lift up to 30 lbs, read instructions, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and use chemicals properly.
• Maintain clean, safe store environments and assist customers.
• Food Handlers Certification (Per State Laws).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Clean store facilities and restrooms; sweep, mop, and sanitize.
• Maintain floors, cases, glass doors, and backroom areas.
• Handle restocking and assist with shopping cart collection.
• Assist with lighting and general facility maintenance.
• Follow safety policies and respond to spills and emergencies.
