We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person when customers enter for their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear down motors (though it’s a plus), but a background in automotive parts is helpful. This role offers a great opportunity whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full or part-time, or explore other careers with us.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
• Delivering outstanding customer service in our stores
• Engaging with customers to create a positive shopping experience
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs
