Job summary

NAPA is hiring a Counter Sales Associate to be the face of our retail store, providing auto parts answers for customers and assisting team members with parts questions. You’ll engage customers, deliver outstanding service, and use a computer, cashier, and catalog system to help shoppers find what they need.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and willingness to learn. Prior parts-store or automotive experience is a plus in our fast-paced environment.

As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear and motor down and rebuild it (however, if you can, that’s awesome) – but we do need you to have a background and knowledge of automotive parts.
