We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. You don’t need to be able to tear down motors (though that’s a bonus), but a background in automotive parts is helpful. This role is ideal whether you want to pursue a long-term career as a Parts Specialist, work full or part-time, or explore other opportunities within our company.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts questions in person and over the phone
• Support team members with their questions about automotive parts
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Bring energy and a customer-focused attitude to our fast-paced stores
• Engage with customers and ensure their needs are met using technology and catalogs

• Experience in retail, auto body, or collision repair
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
