As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. Previous experience in automotive parts is helpful but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
- Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Engaging with customers and maintaining high energy in a fast-paced environment.
- Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.

What You’ll Need
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or a strong willingness to learn.
- High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Customer-centric attitude.
- ASE Certifications are a plus but not required.
