We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for additional talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. Previous experience in automotive parts is helpful but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.

• Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.

• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.

What You’ll Need

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Customer-centric attitude.
• ASE Certifications are a plus but not required.
