We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. Prior automotive repair skills are not required, but a background in automotive parts is preferred. This role offers opportunities for career growth, whether full-time, part-time, or as a stepping stone to other positions within the company.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
• Delivering outstanding customer service and engagement
• Maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused environment
• Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

Who We Are Looking For

• Individuals who enjoy helping customers with auto parts and questions
• Experience in automotive or related tinkering/repair, or willingness to learn
• Great communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
• High school diploma or GED; technical/trade education is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries
• Experience with cataloging or inventory systems
• ASE Certifications (preferred but not required)
