Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education.
6+ months of specialized experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Takes orders, coordinates activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information.
Recommends FedEx Office products and services and handles customer inquiries.
Operates and maintains a wide variety of equipment and moves boxes and materials.
Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
Performs multiple tasks and supports team members as needed.
