Job summary

FedEx Office in the United States is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience by using consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. You will handle orders, pricing, and product information across printing, signs & graphics, and shipping, while operating a variety of equipment and maintaining a clean store environment.

The role requires standing during shifts, lifting up to 55 pounds, and working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing store functions.
• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand each customer's needs.
• Provides customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics and shipping products.
• Takes complex customer orders and provides accurate pricing information.
• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping.
• Operates printing, binding, and related equipment.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
