Job summary

FedEx Office in the United States is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience by using consultative selling to understand needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions across print, signs & graphics, and shipping.

You will take orders, set up and operate printing and related equipment, manage the production queue, price items, assemble parcels for shipping, and maintain a safe, clean store while handling POS transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 6+ months of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand each customer’s individualized need
• Provides customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics and shipping products
• Takes complex orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information
• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping and weighs packages
• Sets up and operates printing, binding and related equipment
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store
• Performs POS transactions including handling cash and making change
