Job summary

FedEx Office and Print Services in California is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience across print, signs & graphics, and shipping. You will take orders, provide pricing, and recommend FedEx Office products to meet customer needs.

You will operate and maintain printing and shipping equipment, manage the production queue, and ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked to support busy hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.
• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders, coordinates activities in the Store, and provides pricing and product information.
• Recommends FedEx Office products and services.
• Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs.
• Operates and maintains printing, binding and related equipment.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
• Manages the production queue and output.
• Manages retail supply and completes assigned tasks based on priority.
